The palate is crisp and energetic, showing citrus and stone-fruit flavours supported by a fine, persistent mousse. Chalky minerality and bright acidity provide freshness and tension, leading to a long, clean finish with lingering citrus and mineral characters. Made using traditional méthode traditionnelle techniques from handpicked Chardonnay.
