The palate is bright, plush, and quietly structured, opening with strawberry, raspberry, and rose‑petal lift carried by the cool‑night freshness of the Greenock site. A mid‑palate of red‑cherry flesh, amaretto warmth, and subtle spiceadds both charm and depth, while the wine’s natural density gives a surprisingly firm core beneath its pale, translucent colour. The texture is silky and flowing, with fine, powdery tannins that keep the wine balanced and energetic. The finish is long, fragrant, and gently savoury, tapering with red‑fruit skin, floral echo, and a soft mineral edge.
