ARTIGINAL PANETTONE : without raisins, without candied citrus fruits, filled with Bergamot Cream. Naturally leavened baked confectionery product Ingredients : wheat flour, sugar, butter, fresh egg yolk*, water, natural yeast (wheat flour, water), milk, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, glucose syrup, flavourings, salt. Filling: 20% bergamot cream, sucrose, water, glucose syrup, refined vegetable fats (palm), sugared egg yolk, whole milk powder, ethyl alcohol.
