Texture is silky, lightly creamy, and firmly chalky, showing deeper concentration and more structural drive than Myrtle Point. The mid‑palate reveals grapefruit pith, almond meal, white florals, and a cool flinty‑mineral thread, adding savoury depth and a touch of old‑vine gravitas. The finish is long, dry, and tightly focused, leaving citrus peel, flint, and mineral echoes with impressive clarity and persistence.
