The palate is silky but taut, shaped by cool‑climate acidity and a touch of whole bunch that adds lift and herbal tension. Mid‑palate flavours turn savoury and complex—dried herbs, amaro, subtle earth—before the wine stretches into a long, finely structured finish with polished tannins and lingering red‑berry purity.
