MMAD Vineyard Shiraz

The cooler season, with a warm period just before harvest, provided a natural freshness that balances the richness that we get from old vine Shiraz at MMAD Vineyard. We retained more whole bunches in 2022, (about a third) adding grip, spice, and savoury complexity. This wine shows lovely pure violet and blueberry aromas, some earth, dark salted chocolate notes, and ripe mouthwatering tannins. Cellaring Potential - Has the concentration and structure to develop fine tertiary characters in bottle over the next 15 years.
