The 2021 vintage is cool, precise, and expressive, showcasing apricot, mango, lemon zest, and white peach, with hints of orange blossom and coconut. The palate is juicy and creamy, balanced by vibrant acidity and a slightly salty finish, making it both lush and crystalline.
