A layer of brioche, toasted grain, and subtle cocoa builds through the mid‑palate, adding warmth and savoury depth without overshadowing the Pinot Noir core. The extended lees aging shows in the wine’s silky, expansive texture and quiet richness. The mousse is fine and persistent, supporting the wine’s power while keeping it lifted. The finish is long, mineral, and confidently structured, tapering with notes of pear skin, toasted brioche, and a faint smoky edge, leaving an impression of intensity balanced by Grand Cru precision.
