Mumm RSRV Rose Foujita
The palate is generous, structured, and vividly fruited, opening with wild strawberry, raspberry, and redcurrant. A mid‑palate of black cherry, subtle spice, and soft herbal lift adds dimension, while the Chardonnay from Cramant and Avize brings freshness, chalky tension, and a fine mineral line. The mousse is silky and persistent, giving the wine both lift and quiet power. Lees aging and the oak‑matured dosage contribute gentle layers of pastry, vanilla, and warm brioche, adding richness without dulling the wine’s precision. The finish is long, mineral, and elegantly shaped, tapering with notes of red berry skin, citrus pith, and a faint savoury echo, leaving an impression of Grand Cru finesse wrapped in rosé intensity.
