Vibrant aromas of red and dark berries, warming spice and savoury game notes lead into a bright, juicy palate. Flavours of blackberry, red cherry and dark berries are complemented by mint, earthy herbs, sweet spice and subtle leather characters. Medium-bodied with fine, integrated tannins and lively freshness, it finishes long with lingering red fruit, floral notes and mineral complexity. Matured in seasoned French oak puncheons and clay amphorae for texture and depth.
