Noel Bazin 'Unanime' 1er Cru Blanc de Blancs Brut

Champagne 'Unanime' is a pure expression of 100% Chardonnay from the Montagne de Reims, primarily taken from the “Les Basses Alouettes“ vineyard . It is their house style, with 75 % sourced from the 2022 vintage, complemented by 20% reserve wine aged via the Solera system, and 5% reserve wine aged in oak. On the nose, the wine shows a beautiful melange of citrus and stone fruits, supported by subtle hints of dry spices and vanilla, which adds complexity. The result is an incredibly fresh and vibrant wine, displaying aromas of lemon confit, delicate white flowers, almond, and white peach. With a low dosage of just 8 grams, this Champagne strikes the perfect balance between freshness and elegance.
