The palate is energetic, perfumed, and beautifully textural, opening with wild strawberry, red cherry, and raspberryshaped by the semi‑carbonic maceration. A mid‑palate of violet, rose petal, and crushed pink‑granite minerality reflects the En Papolet component, while darker fruit, subtle earth, and a faint ferrous edge come from the manganese‑rich clay of En Perelles. The tannins are fine, lightly grippy, and quietly architectural, giving the wine more structure than many natural Beaujolais bottlings. The finish is long, savory‑mineral, and subtly floral, tapering with red‑berry skin, spice, and a clean granite echo.
