Happiness and extreme refreshment in a bottle - get better. A whiff whisks you off to the seaside. That sea spray scent oozes relaxation mode. Sit back and embrace generous squeezes of lemon that partner the freshness and crisp acidity on off. A hint of herb flitters away in the background with a flash of green apple peel as tonic-like feels add a moreishness through the mouth. Hello lunch time! A ripper!

Small batch. Textural, mid weighted and expansive. Good drinking. Orange verbena, pithy stone fruits, dried straw, pickled lemon and pastis, all tautly strung across a bow of saline freshness. I'd like even more chew and richness, but this cuvée is notably on the rise.
