PARADISE IV THE DARDEL SHIRAZ

Deep magenta in colour. Aromatic and lifted, showing blood plum, red berries, smoky charcuterie, cinnamon, Szechuan pepper and subtle sous bois. The palate is textural and flowing, with dark chocolate, orange zest, wood spice, blood plum and black pepper. Refreshing acidity and fine-grained tannins provide structure and length. Graceful and refined with restrained power, finishing long and savoury.
