Parker Coonawarra Estate Wild Ferment Chardonnay

2017 was a cool vintage in Coonawarra, giving the fruit more time on the vine. This longer ripening period produced a more complex and subtle flavour profile. Medium lemon with green and gold hues. Clean and focussed stonefruit and citrus with complex development starting to show. Soft, full and generous with abundant green mango and stonefruit, charry oak and complex secondary notes, and fresh acidity.
