Pavelot Savigny-les-Beaune

The palate is medium bodied with lashings of fruit like dark cherries and savoury plum amidst gentle autumnal notes and subtle earthiness. Oak plays a role, but a very minor one, and in no way interferes with the lovely elegant Savigny fruit.
