Made from equal portions of clones 76, 95, 96, and 277. 60% destemmed, remainder whole bunch pressed prior to settling in tank. Barrel fermented, partial MLF and regular lees stirring. 10 months' maturation in new to four year old small format oak.
Subtle aromas of nectarine and white peach notes, emphasized by a fine line of citrus. These are all repeated on the palate with complex creamy notes, fine acidity and exceptional length.
