The Prophet’s Rock Dry Riesling comes from our Rocky Point vineyard, where we have a tiny one-hectare parcel growing on schist rock soil. Riesling holds a special place in our hearts and gets a lot of attention in the vineyard and winery. Wild yeast ferment in old oak barrels & cellared before release. Complex, floral & citrus aromas with great freshness, spice & underlying minerality. This wine will reward collectors over the next 7+ years from vintage. 519 cases were made.
