Rosily Chardonnay

"Certified organic from the ‘18 vintage. A blend of 7 clones of chardonnay (majority Gingin); partial mlf; 9 months in 50% new French oak. The nose here is green pineapple, the palate has white peach, rolling viscosity, and a salty acid line. Rich and complex, layered, powerful. Plenty to touch and feel - a lovely wine with moderate length. Green apple, white tea, jasmine and plenty of maritime spray. 93 points." - Erin Larkin. It's a rich and textured style, though the controlling crisp acid and tight oak restraint has brought things together nicely.
