Compared to many Vin de Pays reds, Les Plans is cleaner, more polished, and more structured, reflecting Santa Duc’s Gigondas pedigree. On the palate, it is medium‑bodied, juicy, and smooth, showing flavors of ripe black fruits, cherry, plum skin, and subtle spice, supported by soft, approachable tannins and fresh acidity. The cooler 2021 vintage adds lift and drinkability.
