From a young age, Winemaker Jerome Scarborough, Ian and Merralea's son, knew he'd be involved in the next generation of the business – pushing forward with an Offshoot from the first foundations. One of those new inspirations is the Offshoot range, featuring a Vermentino, Verdelho, Chardonnay, Off-Dry Semillon, Rosé and Tempranillo Joven. These wines spring from Jerome's experiments with exciting varieties – fresh growth off the original plant, promising thrilling flavors while staying true to the original Scarborough story.

Slightly sweeter in style, the Off-Dry Semillon has tropical aromas of pineapple and crushed oranges with a hint of Cavendish & Harvey mixed fruit drops. The palate is rich and round with tropical fruit and hints of lemon spritz, finishing with summer pudding ripeness.
