Sinapius Single Vineyard Grüner Veltliner

Estate grown Grüner Veltliner. Crushed to press, naturally fermented and matured in large and small format oak. Full malolactic fermentation. Bottled unfined and unfiltered in 2022. White flowers and ripe honey dew notes on the nose, citrus, freshly cut pear and mineral notes on the palate, beautifully balanced with a creamy texture and long finish.
