The Hampel family have been farming their land in the North of the Barossa Valley for 6 generations. Descended from original settlers, this family take great pride in producing grapes of superb quality that reflect the cracking clays, loams and ironstone of the Ebenezer and Kalimna parishes. Lifted pure fruit characters of plum and other black fruits. Dark fruit notes balance out the palate with new oak complexity and long, rich finish.
