Subtle lees work adds a soft creaminess, but the wine remains driven by crisp acidity and a lightly herbal edge—think fennel frond and lemon verbena. The finish is long, dry, and stony, carrying citrus zest and a faint almond‑skin bitterness that adds sophistication.
