Strelley Farm Pinot Gris

Fermented at cooler temperatures in stainless steel tank with a range of carefully selected yeast strains renowned for delivering rich, spicy Pinot Gris characters. A small portion was fermented in old French oak and blended back to add depth and complexity.

Aromas of poached pear, nectarine and white florals like jasmine and apple blossom. The palate is richly layered with flavours of red apple, stone fruit and subtle baking spice.
