Tim Smith Viognier

Viognier does very well in the cooler climate of Eden Valley. The wine comes from two vineyards and is fermented with wild yeast in barrel. There is a hint of oak on the nose and ripe stone fruit flavors on the palate. Bright acidity keeps this wine feeling fresh.
