Tumblong Hills Estate Chenin Blanc (6 x btls )

Green orchard fruits, honeysuckle, quince aromas. A bright, energetic palate of wonderful varietal definition and moreish-ness, wrapped in sheets of crisp acidity.

The fruit was handpicked and immediately transported to the winery where it was whole bunch pressed to tank and allowed to cold settle overnight. The clean juice was racked and then fermented at cool temperatures in stainless steel to retain freshness and enhance varietal character. A small portion was fermented in older French oak barriques to add texture and complexity. The wine blended, lightly fined, filtered and bottled under screw cap.
