Winemaker’s Notes
The fruit was handpicked on 26 and 27 January before being lightly pressed and then the free run juice was used for fermentation at cool temperatures in stainless steel tanks. The wine stayed in these tanks until bottling in June. Tasting Notes Vivid green colour, the nose is complex with an almost savoury element that sits in well with the riper citrus characters. The palate is full and soft, typical of the vineyard with a fine boned acidity with an almost chalky finish.
