Utzinger Fumé Blanc

West Tamar fruit from our vineyard, hand-picked, destemmed, 4 hours on skins, gently pressed, 6 months on full lees in old French oak barrels, no malo, gentle filtration, screwcap.

Bright yellow with green hue.  Medium intense and lifted nose.  Passionfruit, elderflower with subtle toasted characters. Some flinty complexity. Fresh attack with crisp acidity, good volume, long finish on mineral aromatics.
