The palate is luxurious, deep, and seamlessly layered, opening with caramelised agave, vanilla bean, and dried apricot carried by a silky, full, slow‑moving texture that reflects long Extra‑Añejo ageing. Texture is velvety, warm, and gently smoky, showing polished oak influence and volcanic‑soil minerality beneath the sweetness. The mid‑palate reveals toasted oak, baking spice, cacao, tobacco leaf, almond, and soft herbal agave, adding savoury depth and quiet complexity.
