West Cape Howe Regional Range Sauvignon Blanc (box of 12)

All the fruit is from vineyard Mt Barker. The Sauvignon Blanc thrived in the conditions and we picked at optimum flavour ripeness while still having quite high natural acidity; perfect for making a zesty, aromatic wine. Bright and clear with just a hint of pale green/gold. Distinctively varietal, our SB has those fresh herbaceous characters that the variety is renowned for and early ripening has highlighted the fresh tropical characters and attractive floral notes Tantalising lemon zest and delicious tropical fruit flavours on the palate. There’s a good balance between these subtle, guava fruit flavours from the slightly riper picked grapes and the fresh, zingy acidity from the Sauvignon Blanc from our cooler blocks. It’s a wine with good palate weight and a lovely, mouth filling, fresh acidity giving good length of flavour. Excellent drinking now and over the next 12+ months.
