Whisson Lake Pinot Noir Black Label

Pale and fragrant, with lifted aromas of strawberry, red rose petals and sour Davidson’s plum, followed by subtle notes of anise, fresh earth and mineral. The palate is vibrant and finely detailed, with tart red berries, wild strawberry and savoury forest-floor characters. Very fine, silty tannins and bright acidity give the wine an elegant, tensile structure, while the long finish carries layers of wild berries, moss, alpine herbs and mineral freshness.
