William Hunt Barrel Reserve Shiraz

Dark appearance with a nose of dark fruits and chocolate. An inviting palate of earth sitting behind a lovely hint of spice. The wine brings with is a gentle warmth which calls out for hearty stews and casseroles. Aging in French and American oak for 12-18 months has added an edge to the wine, but the oak is not dominant. A soft finish with delicious length, drink now to five years.
