Yalumba Sanctum Cabernet Sauvignon

Deep crimson in colour with a magenta hue. Rich, opulent, aromas of blueberry and chocolate with notes of sweet fruit, vanilla and spice. The palate displays ripe, rich fruits; blackcurrant and blueberry, with a lovely umami presence. Sanctum Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon has the hallmarks of this renowned wine region.

Matured for 15 months in new French oak (6%), balance in older French oak.

This Cabernet is made to drink now, but it will continue to open and improve, showing its heritage with short to mid-term cellaring.
