Crafted with 100% Barossa grown Grenache, Shiraz and Mataro grapes, this fine GSM wine is super aromatic, juicy and food-friendly.

Bright cherry-red in colour, this wine is wonderfully aromatic, displaying clove, strawberry, mint and rhubarb.The palate is silky and juicy with raspberry and cherry flavours, and svelte tannins.

The Grenache, Shiraz and Mataro have been planted in the region for over 170 years, making this wine a loyal example of what the Barossa offers.

The Grenache is treated very gently using small amounts of whole-bunch fermentation and whole-berry fermentation to encourage a pretty bouquet.

The wine is matured in both new and old French oak.
