Pale yellow with slight green hue. Fine yellow and green citrus with nectarine kernel and bay leaf spice. Fresh and poised, citrus pith and tart nectarine drive with some power into a structured mid-palate where lovely complexity from fine French oak and barrel ferment build. The finish is carried by a focused line of acidity, where the flavours and texture remain persistent long after you’ve finished your sip.
