Yeringberg Chardonnay

Yeringberg is a Yarra Valley farm, vineyard and winery, established in 1863 and now heading into its fifth generation of forward-thinking custodianship by the de Pury family. Aromas of ripe yellow peach, a soupçon of freshly churned butter and toasted almonds. While creamily textured and concentrated, there's also a fine bead of acidity running through the wine. Finishes with a gentle pithiness and can be drunk with confidence .
